Bruce Gleeson and Daniel Robert Soire was appointed Joint and Several Administrators of the below 23 entities on 28 July 2025 following creditors passing resolutions approving us to replace Shaun Fraser and Jonathan Henry of McGrathNicol as Administrators. The Former Administrators were appointed on 16 July 2025 and subsequent to their appointment, Graeme Beattie and Stephen Hundy of Worrells were appointed Receivers and Managers over 21 of the entities. The Receivers and Managers are currently trading on the business whilst assessing the viability of parts of the business, in addition to calling for expressions of interest for the business.

On 11 August 2025, we filed an application in the Supreme Court of New South Wales to seek an extension to the convening period for the second meeting of creditors, which was approved by the Court and a copy of such Orders can be found here. The result of the Orders means that the Companies (except for CFI New Zealand Pty Ltd) remain in Voluntary Administration and we are required to convene the second meeting of creditors (or also known as the ‘decision meeting’) by 13 November 2025. There is also the ability for us to reconvene the second meeting at an earlier time if considered appropriate.
