Our Staff

We are proud of our employees and the quality of the work we do.  The relationships that we develop throughout our insolvency and business recovery work displays our commitment and passion, as well as our ability to work in teams to ensure that the work undertaken is done efficiently and effectively.

The Firm’s culture is one that is consistent throughout the organisation and we ensure that our professional staff all are degree qualified, as well as completing other post graduate studies (such as the CA and IPAA programs) over the course of their career with us. This is in addition to preparing, encouraging and assisting them to obtain professional registrations in order to ultimately conduct and administer insolvency administrations, be they corporate or individual. We also seek to ensure that all other staff holding the relevant qualifications and experiences to satisfy the needs of our clients.

We believe that to offer a specialised service as we do, our employees (particularly professional staff) should undertake and complete the appropriate studies. This is in addition to ensuring that they have a balanced experience across all forms of insolvency and business recovery work.  Whilst we specialise in the field of insolvency and business recovery we strongly encourage our professional staff to maintain and keep abreast of their accounting and taxation skills as these are routinely required, particularly in the case of trading on a business or in detailed investigations.

We feel that by continuing to focus on the above attributes we are in a unique position to provide quality and practical solutions to businesses and individuals that may be in some form of financial distress or require restructuring.

In order to be able to provide quality advice and solutions, our organisational structure is coordinated in such a way that employees are assigned in a team as listed below:

  • Appointees/Principals
  • Managers
  • Professional Staff
  • Finance
  • Marketing
  • Information Systems
  • Support Staff; and
  • Consultants

Our professional and support staff are allocated to a team reporting directly to a Principal/Manager.  Principals/Managers are involved in all matters allocated to the team to ensure that necessary planning mechanisms are in place to monitor the performance of each administration.

Our Appointees are hands on and administer the overall jobs within the team structures and the Firm. New recruits are assigned to a team and allocated a “buddy” to guide them through the initial stages of their employment as part of the induction process. This is performed under the supervision of a Manager.

We are also extremely proud that we are able to recruit new undergraduates/graduates every year and to watch them develop into well presented, capable and competent accountants and insolvency professionals.

As the Firm continues to grow we have the ability to not only increase the number of teams, but also the depth of the teams. Operating under the organisational structure that we have enables us to appropriately resource matters of all types and sizes, be they corporate or personal.
